The nominations to the ICALEPCS 2017 awards should be sent before July 1st, 2017 to:

The appropriate documentation includes a letter of recommendation providing justification for the award and a CV (to be kept confidential) of the candidate.
The Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday, October 12th, during the Conference Dinner.
