The Speakers’ Corner and poster presentation will be organized for the first time at the ICALEPCS conference. This category is oriented to those contributions that are suitable to be demonstrated in a live demo and will take place in the Hall in parallel to the poster session. The duration of the presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes.
A 55” plasma screen with HDMI input, an Ethernet cable and a table will be provided for the demonstration. Each position will be labelled with the correspondent Speakers’ Corner session codes. The speaker shall bring a laptop, a tablet or similar in order to execute the demo.
During the rest of the poster session the author will present his contribution with a Poster using the correspondent panel labelled with the Speakers’ Corner code.
Therefore it is mandatory that, in addition to the demonstration, the correspondent poster shall be uploaded in JACoW SPMS as the rest of posters. Poster publication, Poster sessions, setup and removal, Instructions for Poser Display, Poster Attendance, Poster Prizes, and Preparation of the Posters guidelines described in Poster Presentation should be followed.
