(*) Students have to provide a certificate/letter from his/her supervisor when registering, otherwise the Delegate fee will be charged.

Full Conference Registration fee includes:
Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area; conference materials; certificate of attendance; coffee breaks; welcome reception on October 8^th; conference dinner on October 12^th (essential to confirm your attendance to the welcome reception and conference dinner when registering) and visit to ALBA Synchrotron on October 13^th (registering for the visit is mandatory as seats are limited to 250).

One or Two Days Registration fee includes:

Admission to the scientific sessions of the day/s for which the registration is formalized, exhibition and poster area; conference materials; certificate of attendance and coffee breaks. Monday registration fee include the welcome reception on October 8^th (essential to confirm your attendance when registering). Friday registration include the visit to ALBA Synchrotron on October 13^th (registering for the visit is mandatory as seats are limited to 250).

Please note that the effective date of your Conference registration is the date we receive your payment and not the receipt of the registration. Once the full payment reaches the Technical Secretariat, a letter of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

Letters of invitation:

The Technical Secretariat will be pleased to send letter of invitation to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Conference to provide financial support such as travel/health insurance. Delegates requesting a letter of invitation for visa entry must be registered and pay in advance through bank transfer, no credit card payment will be accepted.

You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area.

Lunch at the Conference Centre:

As lunch is not included in the registration fee, there will be the option to reserve lunch boxes during the registration process. In the area where the Conference Centre is located there are not so much restaurants and cafeterias; this is why we strongly recommend to reserve this lunch option in advance; the organization of the conference does not guarantee availability of lunches for those who do not reserve them in advance. Rate per lunch box: €18.70, VAT included.

Cancellations: No refunds will be awarded on cancellations received after September 22^nd. Refund requests should be submitted to the Technical Secretariat.

Terms of payment:
The total amount should be paid in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of Mondial & Cititravel Congresos and by one of the two following procedures:

Only Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard will be accepted.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received before September 1^st, 2017 are subject to an administrative charge of €75. No refunds will be awarded on cancellations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the Technical Secretariat.

Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
